My Story and Purpose
Homes Au Naturel is a sole proprietorship founded and owned by me, Lynn A. Sinnott, a licensed and bonded mobile home broker in the State of Florida. I bring decades of firsthand experience in real estate and naturist living. Together with my husband, John, we have owned various homes across five different nudist resorts, including a brick-and-mortar house, two condos, and two mobile homes.
My long history of buying, selling, and living in clothing-optional communities gives me a unique perspective on what matters most when making a move. With a strong business and marketing foundation and a personal understanding of the naturist life, I created Homes Au Naturel to help others do what I and my family have done: find the perfect place to call home in Cypress Cove.

A Lifelong Connection to Cypress Cove
John and My naturist journey began on our honeymoon at Ponderosa Sun Club in Roselawn, Indiana. That single experience led to a life of vacationing at nudist resorts across the Midwest, California, and Florida, including my favorite: Cypress Cove.
We began visiting Cypress Cove in 1981 while living in Chicago, making three trips per year until our permanent move to Central Florida in 1993. For nearly 30 years, we were full-time members, camping in the RV park and visiting regularly during the summer months.
In 2021, we realized a longtime dream by purchasing a home in “the back,” known to longtime members as the "new section", of Cypress Cove. Our connection to the community goes back to the earliest open houses for the new section in the 1980s. My deep roots in The Cove and strong relationships with fellow residents, management, and newcomers allow me to serve as a trusted local expert.

I don’t divide my attention across multiple markets. I live and work in Cypress Cove.
